David
Bryce Johnson ("Mr. Mopar") ('70), born January 10,
1952, at Syracuse Memorial Hospital, died suddenly February 9,
2011. A lifelong Valley resident, he graduated in 1970 from
Nottingham High School. He was preceded in death by his parents,
Howard K. and Jeanne L. (Larsen) Johnson; stepfather, Martin Van
Slyke; and brother, William D. Johnson. He is survived by his
sons, David B. Johnson II and Kenneth L. Doodigian Johnson;
grandson, Devin Bryce Johnson; sister, Joyce D. (Harley) Cutlip;
nephew, Christopher E. Cutlip; aunt, Virginia Haley; eight
cousins; and other extended family. Dave was a muscle car
enthusiast; he loved his Mopars. Dave had a keen eye for detail
and was a perfectionist in his trade. He used his actions to
show love for his family, being a man of few words.
David G. Klim (’70),
53, of Dewitt, died July 13, 2006. Born with a hereditary
disease which put him in a wheelchair, he had a distinguished
career as a lawyer and an Onondaga County Family Court judge.
He was also active on many nonprofit boards. He is survived by
his wife, Barbara, and two children. Judge Klim will be
one of the honorees in 2007 for the Nottingham Wall of Fame.
