Lisa
M. (Granzow) Craner ('84), 45, of Syracuse, passed away Monday,
October 10, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital. She was a graduate of
William Nottingham High School. Lisa had many creative
interests, including sewing, knitting, crocheting, quilting,
crafts and collecting. She was a devoted mother and wife. She
was predeceased by her husband, Mark in April; her mother, Linda
Granzow in 2009; and her birth father, Edward Bauer in 2001.
Lisa leaves to cherish her memory, her sons, Nicholas and Lucas
of Syracuse; her sisters, Susan and Kristen of Syracuse; her
adoptive father, Stephen Granzow of Tennessee; six nephews and a
niece; extended family and many friends. A private memorial
service is planned for a later date. The family wishes to extend
their immense gratitude to the MICU staff at St. Joseph's for
their dedicated and professional care provided to Lisa, and
their compassion toward the family. We are truly grateful
